Underwhelming and fairly short. The first 15 minutes getting a tour of the farm was cool and the guide for this part was charismatic and kept us engaged. However making the chocolate ourselves was pretty boring and not as hands on as we thought it'd be. The only parts we actually did ourselves was stir liquid chocolate in a bowl for 5 minutes in silence and pour it into a mold, then after waiting 30 minutes for the chocolate to cool and harden, we wrapped it. We spent over half of the "Chocolate Making Class" sitting at the bar of the resort sipping on overpriced drinks with nothing to do while the chocolate cooled. Not as engaging as other tours we've been on that had more things to do, look at, read about, etc. We stayed in an Airbnb at the northern side of the island and this was definitely not worth driving almost 2 hours to get to.

It was suppose to be a private class with hands on We ended up in a group with about 50 persons Management was sorry for the mistake and offered a lunch afterwards Fair enough - but it was not the experience we hoped for The setting is nice :-)

The jungle part and the making part were well planned and lasted long enough. Informative. Went to dinner afterward at the restaurant, the food was excellent but service was slow.

Great Experience. Great TourGuides. Well educated on the plantation. We didn’t get to make our own chocolate bars as the guide wasn’t expecting our arrival but she did the best with the ingredients at hand. We were gifted bars that were premade. Once booked with TripAdvisor , call 24 hours in advance so they can prepare for the your tour.

Fantastic tour where you walk around the property learning about various plant life. Then you go through the entire chocolate processing method which is wonderful. You even make your own bar which is delicious!

This was one of our favorite experience in St-Lucia! The Resort is own by St-Lucian people who produce chocolate on a local scale. Clinton was our guide and he was exceptional!! He guide you to every step of the process of making chocolate and teach you about history too. Every explanation was very clear and so interesting. He knows about what is talking about because he is a producer himself! For making the chocolate, we met the chocolatier who work there for 23 years, she was exceptional too! She explained her job and let us try it! You leave with your own bar of chocolate that you made yourself with her help. Thank you, we recommended 100%!

My husband and I had the most amazing time on our private chocolate-making tour! From the very beginning, our first host made us feel welcome and excited to explore the world of chocolate right on the cocoa farm and plantation. The experience was both fun and educational — we learned about the origins of cacao and the entire cocoa-making process. Later, we entered the chocolate factory, where the hostess walked us through the steps of making chocolate and guided us through hands-on activities like tempering and molding our own custom creations. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about her craft. And of course, the chocolate was absolutely delicious — rich, high-quality, and bursting with flavor. It was a truly remarkable and enjoyable experience, one we’ll never forget!
