Disappointing to expect a car tour and be given a walking tour instead

Though the guide was very good and informative, she didn’t have a vehicle and we had specifically reserved a driving tour with a “chauffeur” and also paid more for a driven tour so we ended up walking everywhere except for a short metro ride which we paid for in light of our mobility issues

Our guide Bobby was experienced and friendly person. Saw main centers had delicious ice cream. Small city, so not much to explore.

This tour never happend and I requested service, is not Money, I didn't get help, just low profile excuses, I'm an experimented traveler with more than 50 countries and this time was a plenty mess. Enjoy my suffering.

Although the offer claimed the service will be provided at anytime customer demanded, this vendor cannot provide service for a very late time and we have to cancel, but never got the refund.
