She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting historical facts and stories that really brought the ancient ruins to life. You could tell she’s passionate about Roman history, and she explained everything in a way that was engaging and easy to understand.

5.00We began our tour with Marco. He informed us that if we were looking forward to waiting in lines, we were sure to be disappointed on our tour. Sure enough, he was right! We were remiss that we got to skip every line instead of waiting in them like we had planned to do. Afterwards, he gave us a very comprehensive tour of the forum and colosseum that made learning about the history of the place feel more like entertainment than a boring day at school. Marco has spoiled us and set a new standard for what to expect on a guided tour.
