Awesome cooking class! Chef David and Pamela were the perfect hosts. Loved our trip to the market. It was easy to follow Chef David thru the prep and cooking of the dishes. The potato and fruit samplers showed us the diversity of food of Peru. I can't wait to make the causa rellena and lomo saltado. The pick up and drop off to the class was great too. I would do this class again.

Must do cooking class with David. It was fun and educational. We first were picked up at our hotel and taken to the local market where we met chef David and guide Pamela. We picked up the ingredients to make our dishes then headed back to the chef's kitchen. We were educated on Peruvian cuisine and the various ingredients important to Peruvian culture. Learned that there are over 3000+ varieties of potatoes. Chef prepared about 8 varieties simply prepared for us the sample each. Loved also the sampling of different fruits. We then prepared Causa and Lomo Saltado. They were easy to make as well as delicious. Overall we had a great time and highly recommended this cooking class.

OMG. Best cooking class ever! Chef Favid is awesome. From the minute we started out tour st the market he explained all the food we were buying. We then drove to his cooking studio and proceeded to learn, cook and laugh. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend. Do glad we didn’t miss this.

Loved the experience. It started at the Market where chef David showed us the different part of the local market and we shopped different fruits, fish and vegetables four or meal. The visit was supported by tbe incredible Pamela who was out tour guide and gave me so much insights to the culture and Peru We later went to cook three dishes in a private class. We prepared many sauces with local herbs, one more impressive and delicious than the next. We cooked cause and lomo saltado which we later enjoyed together with the chef and our tour guide, Pamela, on a table. I would absolutely recommend the experience to learn about Peruvian cuisine and how to make local dishes which you can replicate at home the local way.

First I have to say, this was a great time. We were picked up promptly at our hotel by Pamela. She introduced herself and walked us to the vehicle. We then went to the market and met chef David. Both were very personable, kind, and willing to explain everything. We walked around the market and bought various food. We then all went to the kitchen space in Miraflores and began cooking our meal. It was a great time. If felt like you were eating with family. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lima.
