3.00This tour wasn't private. We were with another group. When in San Juan we did not see the popular sites as the reason we booked the tour. We were taken to the clothing place, honey place, and chocolate place, while our tour guide, walked around with his friend. We weren't allowed to eat lunch, because we were rushed due to the other people we were with and their timing. I booked this tour to be on my own time and to enjoy it. Im definitely disappointed because I always book private tours through viator when I visit different countries. Otto was out tour guide. He was nice, but nit a tour guide. Maybe more training or ask what expectations are and know private means solo..

Being a private tour you enjoy the experience of each explanation and have more freedom and time of the places to visit on the lake without the pressure of time to complete some group activity. Highly recommended the guide and its explanations as well as each place visited and the panorama from the viewpoint has no words.
