• Don't book with this operator. Viator should better vet their companies. Just terrible waste of money. Underground River

  The operator communicated beautifully before the trip. Then she didn't show up at the ship when we arrived. She knew there was limited time and asked us to be one of the first people off the boat. We went through extraordinary trouble to be off the boat early- at the same time as the boat tours. She was not there. Two other tour operators helped us and called her- she was still at home, said she was coming at 9 am- 1.5 h after we arrived- not giving us enough time to do the tour. We were very upset- other people helped us- got the van she was using and driver who picked us up 30 min later, we drove to pick her up. She knew nothing- couldn't answer questions, did nothing to advocate getting us on the outrigger boats to the Underground River. Left us sitting alone for 1.5 h as we waited. Had to take things into my own hands to get us on the boat. Learned we would not have time to have our lunch afterward and should have gone to lunch first. She said 5-10 min wait time- it was over 90 min. Had 20 min to eat lunch first and were the very last people for the day to go to the site. Once there- we told her we were going to miss the boat- only then did she try to do something. We did the tour, made the boat and did not tip. Horrible horrible horrible. Viator you should be ashamed for using this tour company.
