5.00Our private driver, Justin briefed us the detailed schedule for the day which helped us stayed on track. As it was the first time to Taiwan for some of us, Justin shared many useful information about Sun Moon Lake that helped us to navigate around. After a nice local lunch (at own cost), we proceeded with a bicycle ride around Sun Moon Lake to appreciate the scenery and bonding with my family too. We ended the day with a safe ride back to the hotel. Throughout the day, Justin took care of us and ensured our travel needs come first.

5.00Justin was our driver and guide for this tour. He communicated with us in advance. He picked us up promptly from our hotel. Two main attractions on this tour are Sun Moon Lake and the Wenwu temple. Both are spectacular! The weather was just perfect. Justin guided us well. He made sure that he covered everything we wanted to see. Really a great experience!

5.00I totally recommend this excursion. Our guide Ryan made our day perfect. It took us to all the points we wanted to see Pagoda Hundred, Wenwu Temple and we could also do activities we wanted to do, the spectacular bike trail. Thank you very much to Ryan because he even made us a photographer (lovely photos), and took us in his super comfortable van. Thank you very much.

5.00Solo traveller, unable to get onto a tour to sun moon lake from Taipei which included the sites I wanted to see (Ci en Pagoda & Wenwu Temple, without an extended shopping break in Ita Thou). It's 3.5 to 4 hrs drive each way from Taipei so planning time there is essential. Justin was my driver guide, set up a WhatsApp in advance and asked what I wanted from the tour, and locked in a proposal to fit the day. He collected me at my hotel door right on time 0720, and followed through on the plan despite bad traffic making it a 2000 return to Taipei. He was friendly and chatty without being intrusive, and he focussed time on the things that interested me (like the amazing Wenwu Temple) and we really lucked out on the weather, so it was a long day but fun. Transport was a comfy MPV. Recommended.

5.00The tour was excellent. Sun Moon Lake is beautiful and the combination of water transportation and the gondola ride worked well. The car ride is a little long, but comfortable and Phyllis kept it interesting with historical facts about Taiwan and the culture. We were able to escape a cloudy, rainy day in Taipei and enjoy perfect weather at Sun Moon Lake.
