  We used this service for both our airport transfers to/from Ho Chi Minh City. Our driver was on time, professional & very friendly. We had the same driver on both occasions too. The car was clean with good air conditioning & the process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend.

  When we booked this transfer from our hotel to the airport, the company suggested an early pickup time to allow for travel and check-in time at the airport (Lines for passport control and security screening were huge and took a huge chunk of time. Be sure to obtain a hard copy of your boarding pass, as they don't accept electronic boarding passes at this airport. We learned the hard way, and after being in line for 45 minutes with our carry-on luggage before reaching the agent, we were waived away and had to go back to the check-in counter to obtain the paper boarding pass and start over again). Our driver picked us up a few minutes early at our hotel, which gave us extra confidence and peace of mind that we had sufficient time. We were also contacted the day before by the company to reconfirm the pickup time. A positive riding experience.
