5.00Me and my friends had the best experience w xplore fiji. We used them for 3 different trips & they were consistently on time and kind. At the end of our ride to the airport, the driver let us bump up the music and listen and dance to one last song before we got out, it was so sweet and funny. Also as a group of young women, we all felt really safe and their driving was very good. Highly recommend!

5.00Great experience, with our driver arriving 5mins early at our hotel. Made it to the airport before the buses from different resorts arrived, by 10-15mins. So the early arrival to the airport allowed us to beat the rush. Highly recommend.

3.00A driver contacted me about the pick-up the night before and said to meet him in the Ride Share NOT the Passenger Pick-up. Our plane was delayed. Due to the time difference (Brisbane is 2 hours behind Fiji) I didn't hear from that driver before boarding the plane and losing the ability to communicate. While still on the plane I received a call from a driver telling me to contact him after clearing customs and he would send directions where to meet. I couldn't reach him so we went to Ride Share as first instructed. The driver that called before we left the plane refused to pick us up in Ride Share and made us meet him on the other side of the airport at Passenger Pick-up. All the time I believed we now had a substitute driver. While our second driver was driving us to the motel, The first driver called wondering where we were. I felt terrible that I didn't know the first driver was still intending to pick us up in Ride Share, which we had actually gone to first. Through miscommunication and the involvement of a 2nd driver, our experience with this Ride was very frustrating. While the driver that ended up driving us to the motel was nice, helpful, and informative after we finally reached his vehicle in Passenger Pick-up, the entire experience would have gone a lot more smoothly if the 2nd driver had not also shown up to pick us up.
