What To Expect
When booking a private transfer from your hotel to the Tocumen (PTY) Airport you will need to provide us with your hotel address information ( please choose the correct location from the list of choices given) and your departure time so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to the airport on time.. The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage loaded. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per group, based on 3 passengers per Sedan, and 5 per Sports Utility Vehicle or a Van. It's that easy!

1.00Contacted them once we landed telling them what time to get us and then 45min later that we were waiting for them outside. They didn’t respond we waited an hour looking for them trying to call and get ahold of them yet we heard nothing back

2.00I appreciated the excellent communication and flexibility of this service, especially in accommodating last-minute changes to my itinerary. However, I had an issue during my ride that I feel future travelers should be aware of. Upon arriving at the airport, the driver informed me that they had taken the toll road, paid a $5 fee, and expected me to reimburse them for it instead of providing a tip. This was surprising, as the ride was prepaid, and there was no prior mention of additional charges based on the driver's route choices. If tolls or extra fees aren’t included in the prepaid amount, this should be clearly communicated upfront or factored into the total price during booking. For an airport drop-off, such costs should already be accounted for. This left me feeling that the pricing lacked transparency, which was disappointing. I hope the company clarifies their policies moving forward to prevent confusion and ensure a better experience for future customers.

5.00Due to a change in circumstances, we needsd a last minute(same day) airport transport in Panama. Viator went above and beyond with the reservation and even confirmed with the limo and driver that there wouls not be a problem.
