Two bikes broke down and our guide had no plan or idea on how to rectify it. We also had a flat tire and he forgot his pump. We had to buy a pump from a hardware store because he forget cash. We were suppose to do the north end tour bur we were told that they cancelled that and combined us with another for the south end.

Fun and exciting way to see the island. You cover a lot of ground. A good work out without too much effort. Knowledgeable tour guide. Highly recommend!

If you are on a cruise, I will say getting to this excursion is less than ideal. The location is a little over 20 minutes away. Instructions on how to get to the location were unclear. The description instructs you to head to a specific road in Christ Church. FYI this is not an actual church. It's what they call a parrish ( county or town of some sort). Our taxi driver was a Godsend and called to get better directions. The place has no physical location, but you will see a small sign on the road as listed in the directions. The location is in a back alley way, but there were no signs indicating the meeting point was in the back where it was. Our tour guide gave us a few minutes to get used to using the bikes before we headed out to the tour. I've never been on an e- bike, but thankfully I'm an experienced driver, something that ultimately came in very handy. This brings me to my next point.. The tour was extremely scary. We drove and were weaving through very heavily traffic areas. At times, we barley had space to ride between the side walk and cars. My husband ran into the side walk a few times due to how close we were to the cars. The tour was informational but there was nothing scenic about it. We mostly drove through the city and alley ways. My husband ended up getting hit by a car on the way back as we were riding through super heavy traffic. Our guide mentioned locals are very respectful of pedestrians, but cars continuously honked at us and drove dangerously close to us with no regard for our safety. I was so glad we made it back alive. My husband was okay, though a bit traumatized. Our tour guide was super nice but he would abruptly stop every 5 minutes to talk to his friends along the way. Stopping was frustrating, especially since he gave us zero warning about slowing down or stopping. Towards the end of the tour, he asked us if we wanted to stop at the beach, but I just wanted it to be over. I didn't know this was an option, let a lone a stop, or I would have definitely packed a bag with swimwear. Barbados had the most beautiful water, and I regret not doing a beach excursion instead. I was also disappointed we didn't stop to see Rihanna's house, although the tour guide mentioned many times he knew her personally.. I was so tired and over it all, so I didn't insist. He did make a stop at a church after learning we shared the same beliefs which was so nice of him! Overall I learned a lot but I wouldn't recommend this excursion due to safety concerns. I also don't think it was worth the money. They should be charging half of what they charge for the quality of their tour.

If you are on a cruise I would avoid this excursion at all costs. Instructions on how to get to the location were unclear. The description instructs you to head to Christ church. FYI this is not an actual church. It’s what they call a Parrish( county or town of some sort). Our taxi driver was a Godsend and called so get better directions. The place has no physical location. It’s in a back alley way.. that was our first red flag. Our tour guide gave us a few minutes to get used to using the bike before we headed out to the tour. I’ve never been on an e-bike but thankfully an experienced driver. There were no waivers, we were just thrown out there. This tour was extremely scary. We drove and were weaving through heavy traffic areas. At times we barely had space to ride between the side walk and cars. The tour was informational but there was nothing scenic about it. My husband got hit by a car on the way back as we were driving through heavy traffic. Your guide kept saying the residents were very respectful of pedestrians, but cars were honking at us and driving past us with no regard for safety. I was so glad we made it back alive. Our tour guide was nice but he stopped every 5 minutes to talk to his friends. He knew a lot about the island and seemed passionate about the history there. There wasn’t much to see. Most of the tour was driving through neighborhoods where locals would stare at us. Overall I learned a lot but I wouldn’t recommend due to safety concerns.

The bikes were in "okay shape", but one did not have brakes, and we had to really push the guide to exchange his bike for ours. But we really saw almost nothing. It was 2 1/2 hours dodging cars in heavy traffic. We were also told we would be going snorkeling, but apparently the guide didn't know about that, so called the boss and he said to give us an hour at the beach, but there was no snorkel equipment at the beach to use or rent. The worst excursion we've ever taken.

Spend your money on another tour. The bikes are in disrepair. The tour guide was hard to understand and the routes felt like back alley views with stops of his friends businesses. Very disappointed for the money we were charged.

Before booking, I called your office for details on this excurision. Was told we would be picked up by a van and taken to several areas to bike ride. Unfortunately we had to take (and pay) for a cab ride that was 30 minutes long. Met to guys with pretty beat up bikes in the back of some parking lot. They proceeded to take us on extremely busy roads thru the city. No views, very dangerous with all the crazy traffice. My husband & I stoppled them and turned around and dropped off bikes and paid for cab back to ship. Scary, awful, way too expensive.

Poorly maintained equipment and majority travel on narrow congested highway. Guide was inexperienced for rider experience and interest. Commercial venues highlighted. Tour suitable for folks looking for drinks and meals in St Lawrence Gap. Guide was keen to demonstrate bike skill but unfortunately experienced an accident. Radio communication was unintelligible and activity flow was random. No water offered, equipment operation was inconsistent. Avoid this tour, look at Gear 246!

Staff were nice and friendly. The bikes were confortable. We visited the Southern part of the Island. We used main roads a good portion of the way which was boring and also dangerous. I expected to learn some information about the island and its history but the tour was done using a microphone with poor quality. It was blurry and we couldn’t understand a word of the explanation. We visited a couple of nice beaches and that’s why it is a 3/5 and not less. Finally every e-bike tour I have taken around the world gives you a water bottle. I think that it can be easily included in the not so cheap $120 tour.
