  This is a must do! Ryan was our tour guide and was great! He made it fun and it was clear he knew the area. He gave us specific tips on where to walk, what to avoid and how to go down the slide safely. The walk to the waterfalls was short and easy. There were large groups out at the waterfalls but Ryan made sure we had a good time. He was so friendly and helpful to others as well which was reassuring. Even if you don’t go down the slides, observing the natural beauty and getting in the water is a must.

  My experience was terrible. No one on your end sent an email about my reservation so my friends and I were waiting to be picked up over a half hour and missed the whole tour.

  Our tour was amazing! We had Glory, she made us feel very welcome and safe throughout the whole tour. The waterslides were a beautiful view. They seem daunting to look at, but were so much fun! Glory made sure we were comfortable during the entire journey, making for an awesome experience. I highly recommend doing this tour!

• Private excursion to El Yunque

  We went on a private tour with our extended family ranging in ages from 17 to 91 years old. I was very impressed with how accommodating our guide, Tanya, was to our family’s needs. She was also very well versed in the Puerto Rican history and culture providing an overall excellent excursion!

• Rainforest tour

  This was a last minute booking for our family. We chose a private tour compared to similar group tours available for flexibility. Tanya - Our tour guide was pleasant company, very friendly and empathetic! Even though we could not go to the waterslides due to rain, we made the best of the tour with stopovers on 190. We stopped briefly at Luquillo Beach, but would recommend to chose a full rainforest trip instead.

  We were super disappointed with the overall Private tour operator experience. We have done many Private tours through Viator (Italy, France, Oahu, Maui, Turks and Caicos, Antigua, New York, Boston, Charleston) and have never been disappointed. We prefer Private tours to get the local experience, and for our own clean space. Unfortunately, we would not recommend a private tour through this operator. 1. 15 minutes before our tour was to begin, we received a text message that we will be picked up 1 hour later, it ended up being 95 minutes. 2. The car was a personal car and dirty with sand everywhere 3. The car smell gave all of us a headache 4. The Luquillo beach we were brought too was filled with garbage, dirty underwear and the beach and water were not as pristine and secluded as other Luquillo beaches that we could have been brought too 5. The waterslides were amazing, but are unsafe and we should have been prepped on what to wear (highly recommend water shoes and or socks and probably a helmet :-) 6. Lack of professionalism overall. Taking personal calls on speaker in the car, too much personal talk, and choice of words was very uncomfortable. However, Shirley, the Tour coordinator for [RealPRTraveL] was amazing, she was always attentive and very responsive to communicate with. She helped us set up the Bioluminescent Tour through Eco Adventures which was an absolute amazing experience. Unfortunately, we cancelled the Lagoon Cave and Secluded Beaches Tour because of this experience.   Great time! Very informative guides. Excellent communication. Took many pics and gave a synopsis of the island and culture. So much fun! Highly recommend.

• Excellent private tour of El yunque and luqillo beach

  We had Glory bring us to the rainforest and luqillo beach and she was excellent. She picked us up and on the drive gave great details about the area and navigated the trails with ease taking great care of us including our 6 year old girls. Her recommendations were great and was a great help with everything could not recommend her and the tour enough
