What To Expect
Ephesus Ancient City
Your next visit is to the archeological site of world famous ancient Greco-Roman City of Ephesus. You will enter Ephesus through the Magnesia Gate and begin a slow, downhill walk with your guide into the ruins of this Roman provincial capital. Your route takes you past the Odeon Theater, the Celsius Library, the Temple of Hadrian, the Fountain of Trajan and the Great Theater. The theater, which seats 24,000 spectators, is believed to be the site where St. Paul preached to the Ephesians; it is still used today for a local spring festivals and concerts.
The Temple of Artemis
The Temple of Artemis or Artemision, also known as the Temple of Diana, was a Greek temple dedicated to an ancient, localised form of the goddess Artemis. It was located in Ephesus. By AD 401 it had been ruined or destroyed. Only foundations and fragments of the last temple remain at the site

5.00Well, Tugçe designed a private experience from Istanbul to Göbekli and Kahran Tepe, Kusadasi, Ephesus, Pammukkale and Capadoccia, back to Istanbul. She and her entire team were very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and simply amazing. Tugçe and Ibahim chose the best tour guides and drivers with the best cars! Mehmet, Taha, Jana, Ismail, Gözde, were all incredible Tour Guides. Do recommend! Will do it again!

5.00We saw several incredibly well preserved Ancient Cities surrounded by the most beautiful trees, nature and mountains whilst our incredibly knowledgeable guide, Olgu, told us about the Greeks, the Romans and the Turkish people. If you do not mind wearing a winter's jacket, you will be blessed with quiet, surreal sites you don't have to share with anyone (barring Ephesus). Thank you for a historically mind-blowing experience!

5.00Olgu is an amazing guide! Our trip was absolutely fantastic! He seems to be a master of the region and very knowledgeable of the history. He is a local of the Kuşadası which is an additional advantage and was very handy for us as he did pinpoint suggestions! Thanks a lot for the great trip again Olgu!

5.00Our tour guide was Mr Ozgur. Mr Ozgur was a very warm and friendly person who had a great deal of knowledge, and he managed to impart it well. Some tour guides just bombard you will information and you never remember any of it, Mr Ozgur on the other hand asked us questions and made us think so that we could then see the link between what he told us and other things that we already knew about. It was a thoroughly enjoyable tour and we were fortunate that our tour organiser 'Turkey Insiders' always manage to get the perfect guide for every trip, in this case it was Mr Ozgur.

5.00Great tour, we were picked Up in our hotel on time and went to Ephesus. Olgü our tour guide did a fantastic work, friendly, joyful, helped some of us all day walking in ephesus which can be slippery in some areas. Most importantly, He’s very knowledgeable in history, he can easily explain everything you’re looking at in this fantastic place. Van ride was comfortable, for lunch Olgu took us to great local spot, good food and price. We finished the day in a beautiful ceramic store, beautiful pieces there. Highly recommend the tour and doing it with him!
