What To Expect
If the pickup is from the airport we keep monitoring your flight, you will receive a message with the driver's contact number. You are eligible for 30 minutes of free waiting time based on the actual flight arrival (airport pickup) for domestic flights, or 60 minutes for International flights. Once you are ready to leave the airport, you should call him or call us to pull over to the curbside with the name sign on the car window. You may add a meet and greet service ( ask our representative ). So, your driver will be inside the arrival hall with the name sign to meet and greet you at an extra cost. Pickup from Manhattan, you will receive the driver's contact details the day before to smooth the communication flow between both parties. If you have a question, make sure to send us a message to answer it for you.

5.00Our driver was on point. I scheduled our pickup for 1/2 hour after we landed, and we landed early. He knew that and called my cell within minutes of the plane landing. He left a VM and called again to f/u once we were at baggage claim. Once we picked up our bags, I called him to decide the precise pickup point. So easy and seamless. Right on, jetblack !!!

2.00I do not recommend this private transfer company . We booked a luxury Sedan but got a regular sedan ( And it definitely was not immaculate ) zero frills — should not be called luxury !!! i would do uber black luxury suv for half the price!!!

1.00The driver was not at the meeting point. I was also charged a part extra to make sure the driver would wait at the landing. We waited for a few minutes and took a taxi. When contacting the company later, they said it could not refund because it was cancelled with less than 24 hours. But there was no cancellation, there was no one to pick me up.
