Take paddle boarding to the next level on a floating yoga mat.
A beautifully mindful yoga class on the water. I will guide you through a series of simple yoga poses with beginner to advanced options while you float softly on your anchored paddle board. Move, flow and balance with your mind and body while you interact with the element of water in an unforgettable experience. We finish each class with a couple of minutes for an expression session and photos. No experience is needed.

A guided floating yoga practice lead by your instructor
We will meet up. Walk over to the boards by the waterway. Paddle on our knees to location. Drop anchor. Secure our paddles and things. I will guide and coach you through levels of gentle yoga practice while on our floating yoga mats. Enjoying nature and the outdoor elements. Water therapy will relax us into relaxation/meditation ends. A fun time to explore more challenging poses if we choose to. Pull in anchors and paddle back to start.
Add a paddle board lesson: add addional hour to session for stand up paddle boarding lesson to lean how to stand up, correct paddle stroke, turn & stop

I loved the route Katie took me through! It was gorgeous out there. We started in a local lake, then we took a tunnel into the bay. Wear lots of sunscreen. It will wash off out there!
