At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
PLEASE NOTE !! If you do not enter or select a pick up location your tour will be cancelled as without this information we can not collect you for the tour. PLEASE submit the name of your hotel or accommodation at the time of booking. If your accommodation is not listed please select the closest hotel to your accommodation. Once your booking is made please then contact us through the message center to advise us of the location you are staying. Please be mindful we only pick up from coastal areas along the South and West Coast unless you are booked on a private tour or your booking is 10 or more persons. In such cases we can make exceptions.
If you suffer from motion sickness, we recommend taking precautions before the start of the tour. Please also advise your tour guide. Whilst we can sympathize and will try to make you as comfortable as possible our island roads can be bumpy at windy. We must also ensure we take care of all our customers and ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle. If you are ill on board, you will be required to reimburse the driver before the end of the tour for the cleaning fee of between US seventy five and one hundred and fifty dollars. He or she will ask you if you have any attractions selected for the day. Your guide will also be happy to work with you to plan a itinerary based on your interest whether it be history, scenery, nature, gardens, wildlife, crafts, etc. This full-day private island tour gives you the opportunity to experience the best of Barbados in a way that no other tour can. Although entrance fees to attractions are not included, the staff has provided a list below of attractions that you may research before your trip. This will help to ensure that your day fulfills your expectations.

5.00Our tour started with our driver/tour guide Mr. Dustin picking us up at our AirBnB. He was on time, he was pleasant, he assisted us with tailoring our tour to ensure we get the best experience possible. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the Barbados life and history.

1.00Terrible terrible experience. This is a definite hard pass and a complete waste of money. They indicate that you are supposed to come with an idea of things you want to see and do since it is a private all day guided tour. I presented the driver with a list of no less than 16 of 17 things we would have been interested in seeing. He took us to the caves that were closed on Monday, to a windmill that was under construction, and then when we asked to go to George Washington house, we got to see an armory that was closed and unavailable for touring. I have been on private tours all over the world and this was by far the laziest, most disorganized tour I have ever been on. Additionally, the driver was quite offensive in the way he talked to the women in the car and he didn't' provide us with any history or details about the island. I actually had to google and look things up as we were passing by things. This was a complete waste of time and money and a real disappointment for a private tour. We really didn't see much and when I asked for a partial refund for taking us to places that were closed or under construction all day, it was immediately denied without them even reaching out to see what the concerns were. Very arrogant business practices when delivering a very low level of service. Orlando was the worst driver and a very offensive human being. Specifically avoid using his services. Do yourself a favor and skip Beautiful Barbados Tours and Excursions. There are much better tour providers on the island and you will be much more satisfied not to be insulted and taken to closed locations all day long.

5.00This was an excellent Taylor made excursion for whatever you would like to do while you’re on the island. Our driver, Winston, was very knowledgeable about history and geography, and you could tell he loves his island of Barbados. The only thing Phil would like to add is for Winston to be ready to offer His recommendations more readily since visitors don’t know this island or know where to go. But overall, this was a wonderful day and we feel like we know Barbados.

5.00This was a good experience, and our driver was great. We got to enjoy the monkey feeding, but unfortunately missed out on the cave because it was already fully booked. It was a bit disappointing since I had mentioned wanting both experiences when booking, but sometimes things happen. Our driver made up for it by taking us to a local beach, which was amazing. We had three kids with us, and they had a blast! Overall, despite the mix-up, we still had a wonderful time.

5.00Can customize to suit your interests. We spent a great day touring Barbados with Orlando. We had 3 places we wanted to see on the island, and this was a way to fit them all in. We saw Harrison’s Cave, the Flower Forest botanical gardens and the green monkeys, arriving just on time for their feeding. Orlando was a great guide, personable and a safe driver. He even fit in a quick lunch stop at our request. We’d highly recommend a day with him.

5.00Orlando was a well-informed and great tour operator. He transported us to the destinations that we had decided on and also had many suggestions. We found great little eating spots on the way and an awesome bakery. He informed us about some of the history of Barbados and just was a very pleasant tour guide to converse with as we drove safely and efficiently. This was the most efficient way to get around Barbados without any wasted or idle time. We will definitely use him again when visiting Barbados.
