Hear about the invasion of Ireland by John De Courcy who built the Castle and the importance of the Harbour including the landing point for King William as he made his way to the Battle of the Boyne in 1690.

Over the decades, we've met many tours, guides, and leaders around the world, but in Steve Patterson, we truly found a guide (and a warm person) who sublimely showed us the many wonderful things to do in Belfast and the North Coast. We had an excellent day with our driver Steven Patterson. He was very informative, polite, and an outstanding driver. He really made our day with a lasting experience that we can remember forever. From day one he has been reaching out to us to ensure we had the itinerary that suited us best. Even with the yellow weather alert he was checking the weather to ensure we were safe and able to see what was important to us. Steven adapted our schedule based on the changing weather and were able to catch all the key sites we had hoped to see. Thank you , John and Kellie

We booked an all day tour with Steven. Our goal was to see the Giant Causeway, the Carrick-a-Rede, learn about CS Lewis and his relation to Belfast, and anything else along the way. Our day was that and so much more! We started out with a great tour of Belfast and its political history. We went through several small towns and made stops along the way that included festivals and whiskey tasting. We visited the bridge and the Causeway and saw golf courses and castles on the way home. We ended with great insight into CS Lewis. Overall, it was an amazing trip and we give Steven our highest reviews. We would definitely use him again and would recommend that anybody interested in learning about Northern Ireland use him as well.
