The goal of this day trip is to take you away from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona with your family or friends, in a private way, to let you enjoy the Mediterranean breeze.
As soon as we leave Barcelona we immerse ourselves in the Catalan countryside. The first stop is Girona (Game of Thrones?). A perfect mix of history, architecture, and...food! We will take a nice stroll through the narrow streets of the Old Town and the Roman Walls.
Right after we will move into the Catalan Countryside, we deserve to be surrounded by nature. The second stop is Peratallada, probably the most charming and less-known medieval village in the Empordà region. A nice stroll around and a few pictures later we will take you for lunch at Calella de Palafrugell, an old fishing village formed by several coves that still preserve the charm of the villages of the area, with narrow streets and some traditional two-floor fishermen’s dwellings.

5.00It was one of the highlights of our trip. Carlos was fantastic. He was patient and kind/ never rushing us and making sure we had many bathroom breaks. The history was excellent and not too little it too much. He connected with everyone in our group.

5.00This was by far my favorite day of our Barcelona trip and Daniel is one of the main reasons. He shared his knowledge of Catalan history, culture and politics in an informative and entertaining way. The day was well spaced with free time in between stops. Girona was beautiful but a LOT of steps and steep parts so be warned if you’re not in good shape! We stopped at a pretty medieval village and had vermut (optional)which was surprisingly delicious. My favorite place was the seaside village where we had a marvelous lunch and got to enjoy the Mediterranean. Daniel was easy going but kept things on track. I can’t recommend this trip enough and if you decide to book it see if you can get Daniel as a guide you won’t regret it

5.00Nando was friendly n patient. He gave many useful food recommendations n travel advices. Provided lots of information on e history of each place we went. Highly recommended guide to go for, for ur time here in barcelona.

5.00We actually did the Gothic Quarter & Sangria but the title was not on here!… We were in a group of 4 only and had the marvellous Danny as our guide!… he was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and kept us all interested with his marvellous repertoire of history and anecdotes!… it truly made our holiday experience, making it all worthwhile!… we will be back!… A+
