What To Expect
The Great Pyramid of Khufu
The Great Pyramid of Giza is the oldest pyramid in Giza plateu and largest pyramid, built for Pharaoh Khufu around 2580 BC. It originally stood 146 meters tall and was made of about 2.3 million limestone blocks. It served as Khufu’s royal tomb and is the only surviving wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Pyramid Complex of Khafre
The Second Pyramid of Giza, also known as the Pyramid of Khafre, was built for King Khafre, the son of Khufu. It stands slightly smaller than the Great Pyramid but appears taller because it is built on higher ground and still retains some of its original smooth casing stones at the top.

Our guide was fun, engaging, and knew exactly when to stop for explanations, keeping the tour informative without feeling overwhelming. He was also an excellent photographer and helped us capture some fantastic memories. Despite the intense heat, his efficiency and great organization made the visit comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. 5.00This was a super experience! Our driver and our guide were excellent. Our guide Ahmed was so fun, creative with pictures and had a great sense of humor. His knowledge of Egypt and the Pyramids and Sphinx made this an experience to remember. Ibrahim his driver was excellent in picking us up and getting us to the Pyramids and back to the hotel. My wife and I would recommend using Ahmed & Ibrahim again the next time we come to Egypt.
