5.00We were on a Cruise Ship with a day time booking. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, our Cruise was delayed into Port by 4 hours, we were adviswd 2 hours prior to our tour commencing. Nordur was fantastic and rearranged the tour, for everyone attending from the Cruise, and modified the Tour to commence at 5pm. Excellent customer service. Our Guide, Karol, was very knowledgeable and had just the right amount of humour. Great experience and I appreciate Nordur's effort!

5.00Fantastic tour company! Our ship docked four hours late, and they went above and beyond by rescheduling everyone for a night tour instead. Our guide, Karol, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable.
