The guide service to Chichen Itza was impeccable. From the first contact with assistant Maria, who answered everything very quickly and clearly, to guide Jonathan, who spoke Portuguese perfectly and was not only a true gentleman, but also perfectly knew the history of Chichen Itza. My wife had a discomfort on the day scheduled for the visit and Maria cordially resumed the tour for two days later without any impediment. I highly recommend Lakintours.

The experience of knowing Chichen Itza from Rey Juan has been unbeatable. He knew how to organize the visit to see all the essentials, and to shelter us in the shade. He is friendly, attentive, and a great connoisseur of Mayan history!! It was a very interesting visit.

Eyder did an incredible job of sharing the incredible story and information of Chichen Itza. Its an incredible site! We highly recommend him as a tour guide. Very informative, very good English, very good at helping us all to understand about the site and the incredible Mayan Culture. I would also recommend staying local (We stayed at the Hacienda Chichen) and after a hot day at the ruins, go back for a nice soak in the pool!

I picked this tour company as I had read great reviews and they were very helpful and the communication was excellent. I was able to book, ask questions, receive useful information via WhatsApp. We had a tour of Chichen Itza at 8am - perfect time as we were able to enjoy this magnificent sight at a quieter time and before it got too hot. Our guide Eyder was lovely, very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend booking!

Martin took us to all of the lovely sites at Chichen Itza explaining how buildings were used, the culture, and the history of the Maya who built the magnificent spaces. He was ready to answer any questions we had along the way.

Our private, Rey Juan, was excellent. Knowledgeable, humorous, and attentive to our ADA needs on the difficult terrain. We also received the best recommendations to visit other sites (Ek Balam & Cenote Palomitas) which made another unexpected day of culture and adventure. Cannot recommend Rey Juan highly enough
