We are a small locally owned and operated private boat charter company . Our Captains are Fun, knowledgeable and service/safety driven. Both grew up on the island and love sharing their passion for the ocean.
The boat is a 23ft StarCraft and can comfortably seat up to 8 guests. All snorkel gear and lifejackets are provided if needed. There is a great sound system on board with Bluetooth connection (so download your favorite playlists). Coolers with ice are provided so please bring along any drinks/snacks you would like for your trip.
We love to try and avoid peak times at all our stops to give a more intimate/ private experience.

Snorkeling Experience: Dive into the crystal-clear waters and discover the vibrant marine life Cayman has to offer. Rum point or Kaibo: For a cheeky mudslide and bite to eat. Sunrise: If you're an early bird this is the best time to beat the crowds and be one of the only boats out there to experience stingray city as the sun rise over east end. Bioluminescence: An experience not to be missed when visiting Cayman! (think Avatar meets Moana) You not only get to relish in the underwater magic of the bio plankton but also dazzle in the beauty of the glistening stars above.

5.00Our last day in Grand Cayman was one of the best- thanks to Liam and his boat tour! He arrived on time, loaded the 8 of us up, and took us straight to Rum Point for the best snorkeling we saw on the island. We saw tons of colorful schools of fish, several stingrays and a sea turtle all right off the boat. Then we headed out and spent time at Starfish Point- get the conch fritters which were delicious and fresh! - and holding the starfish in the water. Our last stop was to Stingray City and it was simply amazing. Liam did a great job of helping us hold and touch the stingrays, introducing us to some of the well-known rays in the group. He was a wonderful host and driver- we never felt rushed at any of our stops, and he taught us a lot about the local history and highlights of our trip. Highly recommend booking a boat trip with Liam- couldn't have asked for a better guide!

5.00Highly recommend this excursion! Mark our guide was amazing and informative. He took us to see stingrays, starfish, and snorkel - away from where all of the cruise ship tours go. 3 hours was a perfect amount of time and the boat comfortably fit six of us. Would definitely book again!

5.00Our captain was amazing... we were running late due to traffic. The Captain was super understanding and didnt cut into our tour time. He was very knowledgeable about the island. We had an unforgettable time snorkeling, seeing star fish and touching and holding the stingrays. Highly recommend!!

5.00Had an excellent day with Liam. Really fun and knowledgeable. The Ray experience was unbelievable.. especially the love bite. Saw loads of Rays, exotic fish and turtles. Rum point was very cool.. Definitely try a mudslide 😉 Highly recommended

5.00Excellent experience! The boat captain grew up on the island and was a wealth of knowledge. He snorkeled with us to show us everything we wouldn’t have noticed. He was very patient for my anxiety around the sting rays. Cannot recommend more!

5.00It was great! Mark was friendly and it was good to be with someone who really cared and knew the stingrays. The stingrays knew him too (especially tattoo). It was an amazing experience. We learned a lot about the island during our trip. The chicken wings at Pirate Grill were delicious and the family was lovely. Definitely worth the money.

5.00An amazing experience…despite a few hiccups on our end! Was the highlight of my family’s trip to the Caribbean. We were on a 7 day Disney cruise and decided to take a chance and book non-Disney excursion for our party of 7. Our cruise ship unfortunately had a medical emergency and was diverted to the keys instead of GC. I was so worried bc our WiFi wasn’t working and we were coming in to GC port delayed. Then our taxi driver got a little lost getting to Aqua Restaurant. Despite all these issues our Ray Dayz captain was waiting for us. Also despite the shortened time our captain made an amazing itinerary keeping in mind the time frame and that our little one can get motion sickness and the waters were choppy that day. We went to see the sea stars and were able to buy amazing chicken from a pirate boat as a lunch since we got in late, then went to a low key spot to see and hold rays. Was truly magical and the 6 and 8 year old haven’t stopped talking about the magical trip!! Love the 24h cancellation policy with Viator, much more forgiving then disneys policy. The boat was clean and had spot for dry storage and a cooler with ice to hold our water bottles. Our captain was a true local with a wealth of knowledge. Definitely recommend!!

5.00We booked a 4 hour private charter with Lazy Dayz Charters and were greeted by Mark, our Captain! He took us to Sting Ray City for a personalized experience that could not have been matched! He knows the Sting Rays so well that he was able to call “Bella” over and she hung out with us for a long time. All of us in the family were all able to kiss her for “good luck” before she took off. I’ve been on the same excursion with a larger charter service but appreciated the personal 1:1 experience that Mark delivered. Mark is a total professional, caymanian born native that knows the island and the water. We felt comfortable as we continued our charter to the coral reef, and Star Fish Point! We got a Mudslide and the amazing chicken wings from the food boat at Star Fish Point. Best wings on the island and the Mudslide was BOMB! We loved our day so much we asked to extend our tour to do the Bioluminescence Bay and he was accommodating for an additional fee! It was the perfect 10/10 night to see the Bioluminescence! We had dinner at Kaibo before we left to Bio Bay! I don’t think we could have had a better experience. A total dream.
