What To Expect
The Karnak Temple
Your licensed tour guide will pick you up from your hotel or Nile Cruise in Luxor. You'll be transferred by a private A/C vehicle to the East Bank to explore the magnificent Karnak Temple, a significant historical site dedicated to the worship of the God Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. Plan to spend approximately 3 hours exploring this remarkable testament to ancient Egyptian devotion.
Luxor Temple
Following this, your tour continues to the Temple of Luxor, originally built by Amunhotep III during the 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and later completed by Ramesses II in the 19th Dynasty. Marvel at the rich history and architectural prowess of this ancient site. Concluding the tour, you will be driven back to your hotel in Luxor or, if needed, to Luxor airport. The entire tour, encompassing both Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, is estimated to last around 5 hours.
