5.00Yulia is incredible. Professional, engaging and genuinely passionate. She told us the British Museum is her favourite and she really knows it inside out. The booking department of this company picked up on our interests from the very first questions and shaped the entire tour around what we wanted to explore and leaving us always wanting more. We only covered a small part of the museum but it felt complete and deeply immersive. My girls aged 14 and 15 were fully engaged for all 3 hours ( even when their feet got tired from all the walking and standing), Yulia was attentive enough to find spots where they could sit and rest while she continued to captivate us with her stories. Kind, knowledgeable, passionate and gifted at explaining things in the most accessible way. Not once did my mind wander , I never switched off for a single second. And honestly I lost track of time completely - I think we went longer than planned but it felt like one single moment.

5.00We absolutely loved this tour and our guide. Steph knows so much that you could walk with her endlessly and never get bored. Even my kids aged 5 and 7 stayed engaged and never got tired on the tour with Steph. We really recommend it!
