The south of Bourgogne/Burgundy produces white wine, it's a region known as Mâconnais which is the border with beaujolais region.
The area's first source of income is wine, it's not an industry, it's a lifestyle as there are mainly small producers who are free to create in their own style as long as they stay within limits defined by the industry.
We've been coming here forever, we know the ins and outs of the area and we take pride in being the friend of a friend you'd like to have in a place you didn't know.
We travel too and we hate being treated as tourists but we love being travelers. That's what we hope to do for you!

The guides and winery owners were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, sharing everything about Bourgogne wine. Without them, I wouldn’t have known how to explore these beautiful vineyards. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience, and the stunning scenery will definitely bring my next Bourgogne wine to a whole new level.

Thomas is terrific, absolutely terrific. The vintage vehicle is a funky, bouncy, and a bit loud experience so maybe not for everyone but we loved it especially with perfect weather. We have consumed quite a lot of wine in our time and still learned a lot, most especially from the winemaker Vincent (5th generation). It may have helped that we showed some knowledge and great enthusiasm, but Vincent gave us a taste of this year’s harvest that was only a week or so in the barrel and fizzing away with fermentation; never done that before. Mind you, as we learned, the Maconais wines are almost all white but they are Burgundies and so wonderful.
