Our guide, Juliet, is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. Juliet was nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She was put in a bad situation because we booked a 9am tour but the company messed up our booking and told her 11am. So, we started late for the tour and had to make up time. If you book this tour, with this company, make sure they have the times right. The guide, she was great. Kudos to Juliet for making a frustrating situation better.
