On our Secret Food Tour: Hanoi, you'll sample many local dishes from little pancakes, grilled pork, fresh papaya salads with beef, to a big bowl of Noodle soup. We'll wash everything down with a sip of Vietnamese coffee and refreshing juice you'll never forget.
You'll explore our culinary world and experience local life, till reaching the lake located at the heart of our capital, and seeing some old houses where you'll broaden your horizons. And, don’t forget our Secret Dish as well!
As a private tour, everything works around you! Our start times are much more easy going, dates can open up. It's a much more intimate and cozy experience. No need to shout over other tourists, you will have every question answered, and leave feeling like a native yourself!

What To Expect
Let's introduce ourselves and get to learn a bit of History of Hanoi before the food. Right next to this square, we'll pay a vist to a first restaurant.
We enter a cute street full of nice venues and go for our second and third dish in a locals' favourite location.

5.00The Secret Food Tour is a good introduction to the local food in Hanoi. Though the price of the tour was a little steep for the types of food we were brought to try, the experience was all worth while because of the guide, Alex, who was not just keen to share his knowledge of his country, culture and food of course, he was very attentive and always concerned about what we could or could not eat or if the walk or the pace was comfortable for us. He was so thoughtful that he brought and offered tissue paper and wet wipes when he saw that we were reaching our bags for them; and he even pulled out a trash bag from his pocket so that we didn't had to hold on to our trash .... how thoughtful is that !!! As for suggestion, the last stop could have been a nicer dish, especially the secret dish. The wedding "cake" was more of a "secret", a more interesting surprise ! Regardless, thanks so much Alex, (and to Natalie and Michael) for making our Secret Food Touch such an enjoyable one; it's the company that made the difference ... cheers and All the Best to you guys !! 🤗🤗
