• Not the Hong Kong experience we hoped for

  Our guide, Endy, provided courteous service; however, the tour itself fell short of expectations. His English proficiency was limited, and the itinerary, while familiar to him, did not align with our preferences. The most significant issue involved the Victoria Peak tram experience. Endy unexpectedly disembarked us at the summit, deviating from the typical procedure. While he showed us some gardens, this was not our preferred activity, and the city/harbor view was restricted. We anticipated a superior vantage point from the tram stop. Upon arrival at the funicular queue, his instruction to purchase tickets at the green awning resulted in a 45-minute wait. Our request for a round-trip fare surprised the attendant. The 15-minute ride concluded at the base, offering no view or points of interest, and we encountered a lengthy queue (estimated at over an hour) for the return trip. Contacting Endy for pickup resulted in a 30-minute wait. There were more miscommunications on the excursion, but we didn't receive the Hong kong experience that we looked forward to.

  Guide was awful. Riding in the car was like riding in a hearse. He never said a word. When we arrived at the first stop, repulse Bay, he said this is repulse bay. I’ll wait in the car. Same thing at every other stop never told us any history never told us any highlights never told us anything about the site we were visiting. It was here we are. I’ll wait in the car. Very unlike any other Viator tour we have been on.

  Comprehensive coverage of history and formation of HK today. Driver was knowledgeable and adapted tour to our abilities. The car was very comfortable.

  Driving up Mt Victoria at sunset and going down and seeing the city in lights was definitely was the highlight. Randy did a great job of accommodating our mobility challenges.
