Next, we head to the lush Tavush region, known for its greenery. Our journey takes us to Parz Lake, a hidden gem in Dilijan National Park. Our hike ends near Goshavank, a stunning 12th-century monastery rich in medieval architecture. After exploring, we head to Dilijan to wander its charming old quarters and meet local craftsmen.

5.00The driver was safe and helpful. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great hike. About 3 hours, but fairly easy and no rush. We stopped for a snack and pictures. We were given an option to see a red deer breeding center, which we did and enjoyed seeing the animals. All and all a lovely day.
