Bukhansan National Park boasts of many gorges and granite peaks with crystal clear streams flowing between them. Hiking to the summit can be challenging and can take between 4-6 hours subject to individual pace.

5.00Booking was easy, communication with the supplier was faultless and also confirmation from the guide to confirm meetup time and place. This was a hike in Buchanan Park but not a summit. Mr Baek, the guide, gave an overview of the history of Korea and talked about the temple. We hiked on side trails up to the temple and the Samobawi rock. It was all uphill with very nice scenery. Lunch and water was provided. An excellent day!

5.00Kim picked us up with cold water prepared and the ac on full blast. He asked us about our hiking experience and decided what level we should have done. Kim had a great understanding of the english language and many conversations followed. He gave us a lot of information about the hike and nature and said much about the history of korean culture. The lunch was very good and we wouldn’t have enjoyed it so much without Kim. Amazing experience!
