After arriving by train, Hans was kind enough to meet us at our city center hotel. We had a lovely tour. Hans was very knowledgeable, answered our questions with grace & good humor, & accommodated the tour for those of us walking at a bit slower pace. Highly recommend

Onur was an amazing tour guide. We visited early November 2024. He was quite knowledgeable about the history and engaging us with humor and questions. His pride for the city of Ghent came through and made the tour wonderful for me and my 16 year old daughter. We learned a lot -- well worth the money

I booked and paid 2 hours walking tour but the tour only 1 hour 20 minutes. My initial tour supposed to started at 10am, received the text message to changed to 9:30am then the date of tour it got changed to 10:30am. Not happy with the service based on how much I paid for the tour.
