Very good! Fabian was very friendly and explained very well what we were seeing. I recommend the visit to have little time for this in the city

Entertaining and great historical context. In two hours we saw all the significant landmarks and understood the main historical events snd why the city looks like it does.

Sophia was friendly, knowledgable and natural. Enjoyed the private aspect of this tour as we could openly discuss and ask more questions, and weren’t held up by others

The price was high for the tour we received. It was supposed to be 2 hours and it lasted approximately 1.5hours. The guide was a nice guy, but he didn’t seem to have an in depth knowledge beyond what he was scripted. He was more interested in sharing food and drink locations, than the history of Ghent. We did try one of the liquors and the Flemish Stew, but not at the locations he recommended. As a group of 4 on a private tour, we expected more information, not so much of an overview. There were no real “hidden gems” or in depth understanding of Ghent during the Medieval time period. Very generic. There were a lot of buildings and sites that we did not experience. It seems like it was not part of his knowledge base. The walking pace was good, therefore we could have seen or learned more about Ghent and its vast history and culture. I would not recommend this tour for the price. We definitely overpaid, comparing this to many walking tours we have done in Europe and Asia.
