4.00Donald was such an energetic and fun soul - his personality and the area made for such a fun afternoon. He was quite knowledgeable and showed us fun and interesting sights and knowledge along the way. The foods he introduced as to as we 'swept the streets' were amazing and quite a variety offered. He was also keen to any suggestions we had along the way. I'd love to add that Donald communicated extremely well in advance and went out of his way to make sure we knew our way around to meet up with him, very important when in a new and different place, culture, and language. We loved our afternoon!

5.00On a work trip with colleagues with one day to spend in Hong Kong. Regene was amazing. Terrific communication during planning and on the day. A great tour of the city that covered temples, gardens, markets and tourist sites with Regene providing context about Hong Kong along the way. She was super!! We would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in seeing a broad swath of Hong Kong and learning about her local culture. Great day all around.

5.00Fantastic guide and tour - 5+ stars! Benny Lee was exceptional; we have booked tours like this all over the world and he is definitely Top-10, probably Top-3. Excellent pre-tour communication and he TRULY customized it to our interests. (Some guides say they will do this but really don’t.) He made great suggestions to save us time and money while still providing a great experience. (For example, offered the tram to the Peak - but pointed out that the much-cheaper bus provided better views and less crowds, and he was right.) And he was exceptionally kind, considerate and safety-focused. My wife had a foot injury before the tour, and Benny went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable throughout the tour. Finally, we just really appreciated his enthusiasm - he genuinely loves Hong Kong and that came through is the 6 or 7 hours we spent together. If he represents the standards of this tour company then you should book without hesitation.

5.00Five Stars PLUS!! We have booked private tours around the world (almost always through Viator) and Benny Lee was without a doubt in the Top 10, probably Top 3. Superb guide, friendly and caring and tremendously knowledgeable. The great experience started weeks before we arrived in Hong Kong, when Benny reached out directly to ensure our tour was appropriately customized to our interests - and he actually listened to what we said!! My wife had a foot injury prior to our arrival in HK - I contacted Benny to let him know, and he not only suggested some care items in advance (!) but he was incredibly thoughtful of her need to limit standing and strenuous walking throughout the tour. We felt very cared for, as Benny regularly pointed out tripping hazards, etc. We had a wonderful day in Hong Kong, and feel well-equipped to tackle it on our own now. It is hard to imagine a better ambassador for Hong Kong than Benny Lee. Book him!!

She took us to so many amazing spots across the city and shared fascinating insights into Hong Kong’s history along the way. She also went above and beyond when it came to photos, making sure we got great shots in some of the most iconic and historic locations. Highly recommend touring with her!

5.00From the moment we booked in the Autumn of last year to the end of our day in Hong Kong we were very impressed by the care and attention to get our walking tour right for us. Completing a detailed questionnaire led to the allocation of a guide chosen to match our interests. Our guide was Benny and he made contact in November with his suggestions for our tour. Over the following months we made some tweaks by email and Benny was always responsive to our wishes. The correspondence prior to the day established a good connection. Benny was waiting for us at the meeting point and soon demonstrated his knowledge of and love for Hong Kong. We saw really interesting glimpses of Hong Kong’s past as well as its temples, gardens and street life. Along the way Benny kept up a steady flow of interesting anecdote. It really felt that we were being shown around by a friend. We ended the day with some excellent dim sum in an area we would never have discovered on our own.
Best guide for walking tour in Hong Kong. Been was a world of knowledge & energy
