Visit Viseisei Village, the legendary landing site of the first Fijians. Here, you will enjoy a guided tour through the village learning about our culture and tradition.
Sri Siva Subramaniya Swami Temple
Enjoy a guided tour into the largest Hindu Temple in southern hemisphere. Learn about the Hinduism and amazing artworks and painting. During some occasions like annual prayers, guest are ony allowed to take pictures from outside the temple.

5.00What a fantastic shore excursion! Shivaan picked us up right outside the pier gate. We enjoyed seeing the Nadi Temple, the Local Fruit Market and the Garden of the Sleeping Giant. But the best part of the day was relaxing in the Hot Springs. It is Fiji Time, no hurrys, no worries. Thank you for a great day!

5.00Our guide, Rakesh Chand from Golf Tours Fiji, was amazing. Rakesh arrived in a large, comfortable van with plenty of room for out group of five adults. Rakesh accommodated our group with close drop-offs at stops, and he tailored our tour due to weather conditions. This was a private tour with a very professional guide.

5.00If you are looking for a half day excursion without the hustle and bustle of a crowded bus with fellow cruise ship passengers, then this is the tour to take. They go to all the great spots around Latouka and the surrounding area. The guides are fun and knowledgeable and deliver first class, personalized service. Highly recommend!

The car was very comfortable (including air conditioning) and we appreciated that our driver/guide, Madhu, made efforts to minimize our overlap with the tour buses and ensure we could set our own pace. 5.00Madu (Sorry if I’ve spelt incorrectly), was our guide for the day. We’re were picked up from the port gates in a lovely clean Kia car that was thankfully air conditioned as it was over 30 degrees outside. The tour was booked as a private tour for just the two of us and we were pleased that this was the case. Madu pointed out lots of interesting things on our journey including landmarks and flora and fauna. We made many calls including the ‘first landing’ village, the Garden of the sleeping giant, the Hindu Temple and a farmers market. However, we opted not to go to the hot mud pools as we’d heard about a wonderful hotel called ‘First Landing Resort’ and we thought a visit here would suit us better and we could also grab a little lunch. As it turns out it was a great decision, it’s a beautiful place and the seafood chowder is just sublime! In total the tour was five hours long and we were dropped off right at the ship. If we’d have known how lovely the First Landing Resort was we’d have perhaps organised to stay there a little longer as there’s a beautiful beach there as well. All in all it’s been a lovely day. Thank you Madu, really happy to recommend your small family company to others.

5.00Rakesh was very easy to communicate with and tailored the tour to my interests. After visiting the Viseisei Tribal Village and Sabeto Mud Pool Hot Springs, we had a delicious oceanside lunch at a local resort. He knew exactly what to order! We arrived back to the port promptly with time left for shopping. Enjoyed the day and highly recommend this tour!

5.00My wife and I spent 1/2 day touring with Rakesh. He took us to a local village, the Nadi Temple, a stop for shopping, a local farmers market, and a great waterfront restaurant for lunch. Rakesh was early for pickup and in regular communication with us before we departed our ship. His car is new, clean, and has excellent air conditioning. He also knew when to get to certain destinations so we were not competing with tour buses all day. Highly recommend. You can book directly with Rakesh through his website fijitoursandtransfers.com.
