What To Expect
Once the booking is received you will receive an email confirmation from our team. If you have any concerns prior to pickup, you can call or email our team who will be happy to assist you 24/7. You will receive an automated SMS 30 minutes prior to your pickup with chauffeur and vehicle details along with a GPS link to track the vehicle. You will be met by a professional, courteous, and well-presented chauffeur who will assist you with your luggage and open your door. There will be a bottle of water ready for each passenger to enjoy whilst travelling in style and comfort to your destination. Upon drop off, your chauffeur will open your door and assist you with your luggage. You will receive a final SMS thanking you for travelling with Hughes and an option to leave feedback for your journey.

5.00As a first timer I would highly recommend the service. The driver rang me to inform me of arrival time for pick up and met me with a smile and a handshake and I felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean and tidy with a fresh bottle of cold water provided. I sincerely hope the driver gets the credit he deserves for providing a wonderful service to a first timer who didn’t know what to expect.
