Transportation never arrived, had to get another service from the airport to bring my customers to their hotel. I kept messaging the tour operator and instead of him coming after I kept telling him the customers were waiting, he said the dispatcher hadn’t told him. Waiting to be refunded. Nothing about this was VIP

We took a ride with Shakiem from our hotel to Turtle Cove Marina for a private charter boat ride. The car was clean, AC fully functional, and he was a gentlemen of the first order. The best ride we have taken in TCI since we’ve been here. It was a costly round trip relative to a basic taxi but the service was worth it and made our whole trip for the boat ride that much more luxurious - which was a welcome addition as we are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary.
