5.00My husband and I recently returned from a 3 week trip to Europe. By far the best experience was the 3 days we spent with Fernando, the owner of Sierra Luxury Services! He is fantastic and showed us more than we ever could have imagined seeing on our own. Over 3 days we toured so much!! Day 1 we covered Bernese Oberland including Aareschlucht gorge, Giessbach waterfalls, Iseltwald, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindelwald (we stayed at an awesome resort there) Day 2 we went to the top of Shlithorn and ate at the rotating restaurant, walked around Murren Village and saw Trumbellbach Falls Day 3 we saw Mt Rigi and the highlights of Lucerne where we spent 2 nights in a beautiful hotel and had a fantastic lunch with an insane view which was Fernando’s recommendation. His knowledge of the region, passion for client service and personality cannot be matched. Fernando exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have imagined a better time. We highly recommend Sierra Luxury Services! We are excited to return to Europe hopefully next year and will definitely reach out to Fernando to plan our next adventure.

5.00Our private tour with Fernando of Sierra Luxury Services was absolutely fantastic! Truly a 5-star experience all the way. Fernando was very organized, communicative in advance as well as during our trip, and he was very flexible and accommodating, ensuring our holiday was easy and seamless. His kindness and patience were so appreciated. As was his depth of knowledge of Switzerland and all of the places we wanted to see. He even recommended places that I hadn’t heard of that ended up being the highlights of our vacation! My young adult kids enjoyed Fernando’s sense of humour and I appreciated his genuine care for our family. I’m a nervous traveler and I don’t think I’ve ever felt as safe and relaxed on a holiday - we can’t wait to book a trip to Italy with Sierra Luxury Services next year!

5.00Jorge, our very knowledgeable and friendly guide, picked us up in the morning at our hotel in Zurich. The 4 of us were very comfortable in the luxury van that can hold up to 7 people. I'm still (in a little awe) of all the beautiful places Jorge took us to! There is absolutely no way we could have done this on our own. First we hiked the amazing Innertkirchen. Then we had another hike in Brienz, where there was a beautiful waterfall and hotel on a gorgeous lake. Next we went to the small idyllic village Iseltwald, with a famous residence, that has been filmed on several occasions. After a 45 minute drive we stopped in Grindelwald for a delicious Swiss meal. I had the Raclette while we all enjoyed great views of the Eiger and watched paragliders. Finally we went to Lauterbrunnen and had photos taken in the beautiful valley with the very tall waterfall behind us. I definitely recommend this wonderful trip of the Swiss Alps with Jorge as a guide.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and full of energy — he made the whole experience unforgettable. We learned so much and had so much fun at the same time. Every detail was perfectly organized, and you could tell he truly loves what he does. Highly recommend this tour — you won’t find a better guide anywhere!

5.00My husband and I had a fabulous private tour with Sierra Luxury Services. We spent the day touring through the Bernese Oberland. Fernando knew how to optimize the alps sites through clouds and raindrops. Walking through the Aereschlucht Gorge was breathtaking. He was knowledgeable about all things Swiss and answered all our questions. And he directed us to a local fave lunch spot in the village of Iseltwald: the husband/wife team at Restaurant Dorfpintli was a delight and I'm still dreaming of the 2 inch thick tender pork steak. Would definitely use Fernando again!

5.00Excellent experience arranging trip with Fernando and having Jorge as our knowledgeable driver! We were staying in Zurich and wanted to experience the sights without having to drive ourselves. Jorge promptly picked us up from our hotel in Old Town and drove us to a gorge and waterfalls. We saw so many beautiful places without any concerns with tickets or having to navigate the roads. Highly recommend their services!
