For departures, pick-up is generally 3 hours before your flight time. If you are staying in a riad, your driver will take you as close to it as possible. However, in the Marrakech medina, many riads are inaccessible by car and you may have to walk 5 to 10 minutes carrying your luggage. If you are in a wheelchair or traveling with large objects such as a surfboard, please notify the local partner after booking this service.

5.00No complaints at all with the transfers to and from Menara Airport. Both drivers were very helpful. Returning to the airport, the driver advised leaving earlier than the time we had booked. This was due to the fact that it takes time to get through the security/passport checks…..useful information.
