Luton Airport Minibus Pick-up Procedure: The coach will be outside the main terminal, in the bus stop, waiting for the passengers. Under no circumstances will the driver be allowed to leave the coach unattended in the parking. The passengers will have to make their own way to the vehicle. It will normally take 20 minutes, not more than 25 minutes, to come out of the migration - off the flight and outside.

5.00I will be honest, services as good as this you don't see everyday. From the moment i made the booking until i got to the hotel i loved every moment. The driver was nice and professional. My flight had a 3h delay from LA. They monitored it and sent the driver accordingly. Very happy with them. I recommend to use their services if you want your vacation to start on the right foot.

5.00I have used this service quite a few times now and have never in any way been let down. Always punctual, my last driver Me Singh arrived 30 minutes early, and on this journey our driver knew there was a high risk of finding traffic on the motorway and opted for an extremely pleasant route via St Albans which only took an extra 10 mins and was very enjoyable. Very friendly and polite driver. Chatty but in the right measure. Do highly recommend this company.
