5.00I got book by a couple and then personally met at the airport they are very nice and jovial person, very friendly too .I helped with bags and even offered to stop and get something to eat along the way.I listened to their preferences and made sure they were being fulfilled. I always make sure my vehicle was very clean and comfortable and the temperature in there is very cool,jamaica is a hot country.my guest were very please.

5.00We booked with Fresh Prince Tours for our airport pickup and drop off in Jamaica back in June for my birthday. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Fresh Prince personally met us at the airport and he is a very nice and jovial person, very professional too . He helped with our bags and even offered to stop and let us get something to eat along the way. He listened to our preferences and made sure they were being fulfilled. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable and the temperature in there was very cool (Jamaica is HOT). He also shared some local tips and trips along the was to our hotel and I could tell that he is very passionate about what he does. He really does go the extra mile to make sure that his passengers are cared for. When returning to the airport, he was on time if not earlier. He got us back to the airport with no stress or rush. His communication was great throughout the entire process, he is very accommodating and understanding. I’d give 5 more stars if I could. I will be booking Fresh Prince Tours for my next trip to Jamaica.

From start to finish, everything about this tour was amazing.Fresh Prince, truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. He’s not only friendly and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable about Jamaica’s history, culture, and hidden gems. You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares about giving every guest an authentic experience. The tour was perfectly organized — comfortable transportation, great music, and plenty of opportunities to stop for photos, food, and fun along the way. Fresh Prince kept everyone engaged and entertained while also making sure we were safe and relaxed the whole time. His personality really made the trip special; it felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with a good friend who’s proud to show you around his beautiful country.
