  My husband and I had the most amazing experience touring Montreal with such a knowledgeable guide. Kian is extremely kind and 100% focused on assuring our comfort and tailored the tour to our specific desires. We learned so much about the history of Montreal and Quebec, and viewed/visited historic sites and buildings that brought the history to life. Kian was so concerned that we hadn’t seen the full picture of the city due to wintery weather, that he met us again the following day to complete the tour! We walked in the beautiful Mont Royal park, and viewed the most spectacular views of the city and river. Kian also made certain that we experienced the most authentic bagels (ordered to assure the freshest and warmest possible) and the we didn’t miss the putain delicacy in world famous Schwartz deli. He took many photos of us to solidify the wonderful memories we will enjoy ourselves and share with family and friends. We plan to come back in the summertime and will absolutely engage Kian again.   A truly personalized experience! Kian, a private driver/ guide, has an exceptional knowledge of history of Montreal. He provides door to door service to historic and up to date venues. He has a personal interest in architecture too. As a resident of Montreal, he has advice on "where the locals go" for food and fun. Highly recommend. Very professional.

  Kian was an amazingly wonderful host. He is generous, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. My fiancée and I were looking for a way to understand Montreal quickly and thoroughly. A crash course, if you will. We were lucky to have found Kian through Viator and he proved to be just the man we needed for the job Kian picked us up at the airport and whisked us away on a day’s long whirlwind tour of everything Montreal has to offer. Still today, when friends ask if we did “X” while in Montreal, we always say, “Yes! And we did it with Kian.” I told Kian I was looking for a place to “pop the question” and he was right on the task, taking us to one beautiful site after another. He even acted as our private photographer, sending us a link to all the photos he took of us on our excursion. We wanted to get a firm grasp of the history of Montreal, with all its cool neighborhoods, its culture, its dining scene, and its architecture. Kian was right on it. He is very well educated and clearly loves the same things we do, so he prepared with stories about the early pioneers, the relationship between Montreal, France, and the U.K., and more modern history like its current parks, events, music, dining and lifestyle. We stopped at Schwartz’s Deli for smoke meat and poutine, Fairmount Bagels (where even New Yorkers are in for a treat), Jean-Talon Market for charcuterie, Caffé Italia for espresso, the Museum of Fine Arts, Mount Royal, the Leonard Cohen mural, churches, gorgeous bank buildings, and many other historical landmarks. In addition, Kian recommended place to eat, see live music, and just hang out and people-watch. Our trip to Montreal was 10x better because or Kian.   Kian was a fabulous tour guide. We learned so much and had so much fun with him. It was very cold out, and he made sure to balance our time in and outside. When it was time to climb to the observation area of Mount Royal, he check with us several times to make sure we were comfortable. We were. Afterwards he brought us for bagels. These two New York ladies were a bit skeptical, but he was right. They were delicious! He also offered to bring us to try poutine, but we were full. He extended our tour overtime without us asking, and was willing to keep going, but we were wiped out! I highly recommend a private tour with Kian!

  I was in Montreal in December during a two day snow storm ( it was beautiful really ) so my private tour by car was especially nice !! My guide knew so much about the city and every food stop was amazing ( bagels especially ) and coffee too !! I highly recommend this tour .. if like me ..you prefer to avoid the general public .. something more private ..you will have a great time. !!
