  I climbed Mount Fuji with minimal prior hiking experience and found it tough but doable. The elevation gain is relentless, and the loose scree on the way down tested my knees, but the well-marked trails and support from mountain huts made it safer than expected. Summiting at sunrise with a group turned the pain into shared joy — the views over the clouds are indescribable. Crowds can be an issue in peak season, and the weather is unpredictable, so check forecasts. It's not the most beautiful hike scenery-wise during the ascent, but the cultural significance and personal triumph make it worth it. Train beforehand and go for it!"

  Visiting the Mount Fuji area without climbing was still spectacular. We did a day tour around Lake Kawaguchi and the Five Lakes region, and the views of the perfectly symmetrical peak were postcard-perfect on a clear day. The Chureito Pagoda offered one of the most iconic shots, especially with autumn colors or cherry blossoms framing it. No need for the strenuous hike if you're short on time or energy — the surrounding shrines, ropeways, and lakes provided a relaxing yet awe-inspiring experience. Our guide was knowledgeable, and the whole trip felt magical. A must-do in Japan!

  I had a tour with Rizi , he was really a nice guy and he showed beautiful places around Mount Fuji and the views are so beautiful I can’t explain those views in my words,I recommend everyone to have tour with Rizi . Thank you so much Rizi again .

  Before the tour started we benefited from Kash's expertise. Could we start a bit earlier in order to beat the rush. We are so glad we did. Kash was great company throughout the day. We talked about life in Japan and the UK. The tour itself was perfect. We started at the Ice Caves and were the only ones there. From there we went to Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nemba Traditional Village. Kash told us about the disaster that befell the village and was able to point us in the direction of the best bits. We made a brief stop at Saiko Lake, then onto Oishi Park. Kash was able to drop us off and collect us safely while minimising the amount of walking. We finished at Chureito Pagoda. Once back in Tokyo Kash drove us past Senso-ji, he wanted to make sure we knew where to go the next day. Overall, Kash was the perfect host for a day sightseeing. Would 100% recommend.

  We had such a nice time around Mount Fuji – the views were breathtaking and the whole area felt so peaceful. But what surprised us most was discovering the quiet villages and beautiful countryside right within Tokyo! From traditional thatched-roof houses to serene rice fields, it was the perfect blend of iconic Japan and hidden rural charm. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to escape the city crowds."

  A magical and romantic tour The places and sights were truly magical and romantic. We both enjoyed strolling through the city, visiting museums, the Louvre, taking a river cruise, and so much more. We especially loved the macarons that perfectly ended our day tour on such a sweet and memorable note. Tour Up in Europe made everything feel seamless and special. The booking department, especially Vanisha, organised everything according to our needs, making the entire experience very convenient and comfortable. Vanisha and the team were professional, efficient, kind, warm, attentive to our questions, and always very accommodating. A special mention as well to our guide Maria, who made the tour easy, enjoyable, and engaging throughout the day. We also want to thank our driver Camel, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we were comfortable until we safely returned to the hotel. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate these beautiful memories that we will always remember. Rest assured, we will gladly recommend Tour Up in Europe to our family and friends.

  Amazing night tour with beautiful city views and a very professional guide. The itinerary was well planned, and we had enough time at each location without feeling rushed. Tokyo Skytree, Sensoji Temple, and Odaiba were definitely highlights of the evening.   The driver was extremely friendly and punctual since i was on my business trip, i get drop off at the location on time. and was offered 30 min wait to go to the nest distination so kind of him GOD bless.
