  On Friday we went on a private tour to Machu Picchu with guide Ronald. It was the best experience we could have had. He explained to us about the history of the Incas, about the place, he took us to the most beautiful places and we took the best photos. He knew when places would be busiest, so we took an alternative route, finding few people. Furthermore, we had full assistance, as they picked us up at the hotel and took us back, all with the greatest safety and in the most comfortable way possible.

  Peru VIP is the best. The communication over WhatsApp was prompt, the information was thorough, payment was super easy, and when I arrived the staff were kind, helpful and noticeable everything was personalized to me. Vilma, Luis and Aldo were there for me 24 hours a day. They helped me set up a challenging 4 days visit in which I saw Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley and the Rainbow Mountain. My schedule demanded a lot of odd times but from the moment I landed (when I was warmly greeted) to the moment I took off (they made me really sad to leave, at the airport I felt like I was leaving friends behind) they were 100% there for me, including highly personalized requests. They checked every connection, every service every location and I didn’t experience any concern. I am sure if I had any issue I could have called them any time of the night and I would be looked after. I am an experienced traveller, and someone used to travel with a high level of comfort and they met my expectations all the way. The team went as far as thinking ahead of what I would need, for example: Arriving back to the hotel from one of my tours the reception had received hiking poles from them for me for my very challenging trek the next morning. This is not a cheap option but there is no way to travel to the Cuzco region better than with Peru VIP. Culture? Check! Adventure? Check!   The hiring was last minute, I was very afraid if it would work and if I could get into Machu Picchu and in the end I was surprised by the great Service of Peru VIP Travell that kept everything promised, transportation, food, ticket is a great guide that was Mr. Rumi, are super recommended.

  I loved this tour so much. Our guide Esteban was knowledgeable and patient. He answered our questions and he even brought visuals along to teach us about historical events. I noticed some of the other guides skipping past some really cool creations and I was glad that Esteban took the time to point out significant artifacts and explain them. I wish I could go back and do it again because I want to really remember everything. This company was worth the price. Our driver from Cusco to Ollyantaytambo was fun and friendly. The train was epic! They provided exquisite service both before and after our tour. Esteban recommended restaurants in Aguascalientes and he was very supportive both before, during and after touring us. He met with us at the hotel the day before the tour and told us everything we needed to know to prepare. Vilma was knowledgeable, dependable, intelligent and well-educated. She helped us find the best rates for money exchanges plus delicious places to eat. She sent me location information when I forgot how to find places. She also helped us navigate fair prices including what tips were appropriate so that we didn’t overspend. I wish I had my own Vilma here at home. She made our whole trip go smoothly and exceeded the role of merely booking a tour. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is picky and appreciates great service.

  (BW from VA, USA) Listen, the entire experience from start to finish was perfect! Vilma and her team work seamlessly behind the scenes and never miss a beat. If you're looking for an experience that's genuine and cultural but yet still has a touristic flair, go with PeruVIP! You'll be pampered and every move will be prepared, but you'll feel like you're making boss nomad moves - cultivating new friendships and learning local traditions along the way. I often felt like I was amongst family. My favorite part of the Machupicchu tour was learning about the history and the different theories behind some of the architecture. Our tour guide, Reyner, was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was bilingual and answered tons of my questions and put up with my broken Spanish. He's quite funny too. If I could make any recommendations, I would say spend a full day getting used to the altitude before making that climb if you're from the coast like me.
