What To Expect
Pickup Details (for Arrival Transfers): Providenciales International Airport (PLS) After you clear customs, exit the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting outside in the parking area. Please tell the dispatcher your name and our company name. If you do not see your driver after a few minutes, please contact us for immediate assistance. Please provide: • Flight number • Arrival time • Hotel/villa name and address (Please be advised that all rides are per two traveler) Important Arrival & Delay Information To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please note the following: • Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed more than 30 minutes, your transfer may overlap with another guest’s scheduled pickup. – You may choose to wait up to 30 minutes for the next available driver. – If you prefer not to wait, you are eligible for a partial refund. • Communication Required: Please notify us of any changes to your flight or arrival time as soon as possible. This helps us adjust schedules and reduce conflicts with other bookings. • Same-Day Changes: Same-day adjustments to your booking (for reasons not related to airline delays) can be rebooked for $20 per person, based on availability.

3.00I am grateful for the ride, because our driver got us to the resort safely. I was slightly disappointed, however, because the picture of the truck/van was not what pulled up to the airport. It wasn't a black, luxury truck, it was a gray minivan. My husband looked at me crazy because I booked it and had bragged about it. Although it was the TCI travel service, the picture was quite misleading. I would have preferred not seeing any pics and would have just been grateful for the ride.

5.00We booked Imperial for our round trip airport transfers last October. KP was waiting for us when we walked out of the terminal. We and our bags were quickly loaded and on our way to Grace Bay. During the ride KP was very friendly and informative about places to eat and things to do and stopped at Graceway Gourmet to let us pick up some snacks and drinks. When it was that terrible time to leave, KP was right on time to pick us up at resort for our trip back to the airport. Good ride! Great service!
