Prague has such a rich history, and this tour provided us with so much interesting information about some of the many changes experienced by its citizens. Alzbeta was knowledgeable, skillfully wove the buildings and locations we were visiting with historical details, and provided some of her family's experiences resulting in an amazing tour.

We had a great tour with Vadim! He is very knowledgeable and took us all around the city. It felt like he had an interesting fact or piece of history to share at every corner. He also left us with a few restaurant and bar recommendations that we never would have tried otherwise!

I have been using Insight Cities as my "go to" for touring American study abroad students (I am a Site Director for a US Study abroad provider). Vadim is an amazing guide, not only is he extremely well versed and knowledgable in this important part of Czech history, but so friendly and engaging. My students appreciated how it wasn't just someone walking around pointing things out, but that Vadim would engage with them, ask questions and relate to the topics and places he would be showing students. I highly recommend this company if you want a tour by folks who know their stuff and who are genuinely amazing people.

The tour was very educational our tour guide Vadim was awesome. I have read a lot about how communism affected eastern block countries and our guide Vadim has validated it. It was one of the best tours I had.

Vadim was an excellent guide - conceptual and political themes into historical context. As a bonus, the sunset from Vitkov was stunning and something that most tourists don't get to see. Highly recommended!
