Enjoy a private, 4-hr cooking class with a Michelin-star trained chef, and master the art of creating a gourmet three-course meal in a fun, relaxed setting. Under Gerald's expert guidance, prepare a tantalizing starter, an exquisite main course, and a decadent dessert, all inspired by the vibrant flavors of Provence. Your experience takes place in Gerald's professional cooking studio, attached to his home. After the hands-on lesson, savor the fruits of your labor paired with carefully selected local French wines. Leave with new culinary skills, recipes to recreate the magic at home, and unforgettable memories of an authentic Provençal experience. On Sundays, you can enhance your experience with a 1.5 hour market tour. Gerald will drive groups of up to four to the Marché Paysan de Coustellet; larger groups should arrange their own transportation. At the market, Gerald will help you select top-quality seasonal ingredients and teach you how to choose the best produce like a local. Back at his studio, you'll create a custom menu based on your market finds for a true taste of Provence.
