5.00They were great. Vehicle was clean and air conditioned. Lots of space for a family of 5. Drivers were great. They were on time and personable. I was also texting with someone in customer service and they were easy to work with. Would use again for sure!

3.00Overall the trip to the hotel was fantastic….the 3 star rating because of this: my name was on an iPad with 5 other names. When we finally did spot our name, we waited outside the airport with 2 other families. The host escorted the first family to their car and told us he would be back. After 10 minutes, he came back and then told us he had to go get vehicle. So another 10 minutes passed and he pulled up. Vehicle was great, driver was great, service was great. The wait and confusion at the start made this private service average.
