What To Expect
Your experience starts with you being welcomed to paradise with an airport meet and greet. As you exit the arrivals terminal, on the outside, you will see your name sign. Then, escorted to your private, air-conditioned vehicle, you are whisked to your destination. While driving, the chauffeur will provide a brief tour on places of interest, attractions, highlight various restaurants and suggest activities to make your stay even more memorable. 1.00Booked a round trip from airport to Atlantis, The ride to Atlantis was ok. The day before of return , I received a text message the driver will pick up from Atlantis to airport, said the driver will call in the morning. Never received a call from the driver, received an auto text message that running late. Tried to call the office no one picked up the phone. Waited for 25 minutes no call or text. I had to call another taxi to get to the airport. Luckily I got at the airport on time. There is no one to talk or chat with the office. I would not recommend this service.

1.00As per my arrival at the airport the driver was not there. I have to called the company who doesn’t pick up the call. After 1/2 waiting drivers showed up saying sorry she did not pick up time. For my pick up return, after I confirmed the pick up time the day before, they didn’t show. I ended up calling a taxi to drive me to the airport so I won’t miss my flight. Terrible service, stay away from this company.

5.00The drop off from hotel to airport was excellent. The driver DJ was excellent. He converses with us the whole trip, gave us a brief history of Bahamas as we drove. Pick up was on time. The vehicle was large and nice, perfect for my family and multiple luggage. There was some issue during airport drop off that I had mentioned to the owner, and he was very receptive and ensured me it would be corrected on my next visit. I plan to use their service again. My only advice to the owner is to hand out a business card with the driver's name for feedback. Or have a sign posted in the vehicle how private driver reviews could be done. User a service like Survey Monkey. Kind of like a checklist like, "Did the driver have a sign with your name?", "Was pick up on time?", "Was driver friendly"...etc. This will ensure consistency and quality among many drivers and pay bonus based on review. That would really get me coming back for sure.

5.00Great service. When we exited the airport, there were a few drivers from this company waiting for guests. We could not see our name, so I asked one of the other drivers. He checked and said our driver had been held up and would be about 10 minutes. He then checked with his office and said he would take us to save us waiting and the other driver would take his client who had not arrived yet. Car was large, comfy, air conditioned and a very smooth ride. Car on way back arrived promptly at our hotel and got us back to airport in plenty of time

5.00We would HIGHLY recommend DJ and his team. We had to come in a day early due to a storm. It was an easy process of changing our times and they took care of us as we needed to stay at a different location for one night. Thank you!!!

1.00Not so Great ;( Arranged transfer thinking it would make the process at the airport easy - There were plenty of taxis to take you where ever you need to go .... There was no one who met us at the airport, I needed to text to see where they were, ...they were 10 minutes out.. then they needed to change driver .. new driver was looking for someone else not us .... Finally connected Then on the return - it was confirmed by Prestigious ... waited at the Hotel - no show texted ... to see where they were ... said 10 min out ... waited texted again 10 min out ... said we needed to get to airport could not wait ... they sugguested we take a taxi (which there were plenty & ready at the hotel) Said they would refund fee "Apologies. We can refund" - but unfortunally never heard from them again - nor any refund Bottom line - do not need to arrange ahead of time, just take a taxi - much less of a headach - Can't rely on Airport Transfers - Prestigious Transport
