As night falls, we’ll pass by numerous illuminated buildings on our way to the street-level station of the Mönchsberg Lift. In just 30 seconds, the lift will whisk you up to the Mönchsberg overlook, where you’ll be treated to an unforgettable view of Salzburg’s world-famous, postcard-perfect night scenery.
Schloss Leopoldskron
From this vantage point, you’ll also enjoy a stunning view of Schloss Leopoldskron, famously known as the Trapp family home in The Sound of Music, with the majestic Fortress Hohensalzburg and Gaisberg Mountain beautifully framing the background.

1.00This tour was canceled offered another one. It was ok. I saw parts of city. Moments were breathtaking alot of walking moments of rushing felt I didnt enjoy. Was not worth the money I spent on original trip. I felt a new ticket should have been provide to be professional with new price reflecting I felt ripped off. Second time.

5.00The Salzburg Night Tour was an unforgettable experience! With friends, we drove up to Gaisberg and had a Glühwein from our fantastic Host Michael. The view was transcendent and we were above the clouds. We then saw the beauty of Leopoldkron and the Fortress of Salzburg. After 3 ours the tour ended and I can warmly recommend this incredible experience.
