Late arrival, wrong hotel location put in by Viator, very Disappointing

1.0Overall experience not great! First off Viator’s operator booked the wrong one tour and wrong hotel location for pick up. I didn’t get picked up until an hour later! During our tour, we spent most of our time in the taxi car and only went to 3 places. It’s a waste of time and money. Complaint put but nothing can be done…. not even some credit for next time! Just “better luck next time.”
