5.00Amazing. My trip was incredibly smooth. The trip had very windy bumpy roads and the driver took them easily which I appreciated especially as I get car sick. I felt he could read my mind and stopped for a bathroom break without me even asking. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Was the on time and communication was great as well. Comfortable shuttle with working AC

5.00Quetzal Shuttle were fantastic. They made our trip a lot easier. We booked three separate private shuttles with Quetzal and all went very smoothly - professional drivers, arrived on time and got us to where we needed to go. I'd highly recommend. Will certainly use them again next time we are in Guatemala!

2.00Unfortunately, we were not picked up for an hour and 10 minutes past our scheduled time to go to the airport. We were told our driver was in an accident. The substitute driver they sent was wonderful, but it was very stressful being late.

5.00We use this service from the airport to Panajachel and from Antigua back to the airport, everything was perfect ! Our driver, Jenscen was amazing! We loved the conversation, all the things he recommended to do and eat, he was super punctual, even earlier than we expected and made the trip just awesome!! Both drives were super comfortable and very smooth. I’ll for sure use Quetzal Shuttle in the future! Totally recommend them!! Overall 10/10!!

5.00Joshua took great care of our group of six women through 3 separate transfers over a week (airport to Pana, Pana to Antigua, Antigua to airport). Excellent driver and conversation. Very accomodating (bathroom stops). Loved the bottle of water at arrival. Highly recommend!

5.00Walter drove us from Panajachel to Aurora airport in Guatemala City. We had traveled the roads before and had heard that the expected 3.5-hour trip could take 5 hours, so we left super early, which was a good call. Walter was a good driver, navigating countless tumulos (speed bumps) and curvy, curvy roads. We arrived in plenty of time - 3.5 hours as predicted. Prior to the trip we had very good communication with the company. Quick response time with questions and answers and easy to make time adjustments. Reliable transportation. Takes some of the nervous guesswork out of in-country travel!

5.00We were hesitant to book as it was expensive but do not regret a thing, especially after 7hr flight! We got out of the airport at 2:40 ish and even thought we booked for a 3:30 departure our driver arrived right then and he took us! I forgot his name but he was wonderful, A/C worked well, stopped twice for gas so had a chance to stretch our legs. 10/10 experience and worth the extra money!

5.00The overall experience was great. The driver was extremely easy to find in an airport in a country I have never been in. I will say the drive up to Lake Atitlan is VERY winding and there are ALOT of speed bumps so just be prepared. The driver was so good about slowing down when the bumps were coming up and navigating the roads of Guatemala, which coming from someone who's driven in Washington D.C. traffic, the traffic and infrastructure here is on a whole other level. Overall, would be book with them again as the communication and transport was excellent!
