3.00The company had our flight info, and was in contact with us via Whatsapp. We arrived at the expected time, but our transport was not there to pick us up. They at first said they were there, then that they were almost arrived, then that they were on the way. They were over an hour late. We nearly missed our scheduled connection at our drop-off point because of the delayed pickup by our driver.

5.00Our experience with Quetzal Shuttles was super smooth. I communicated with William before the trip who reached out to confirm our journey and to provide details on our driver. He was super nice about a change in our pickup time and our driver was great. The drive from Antigua to the lake is winding and has some narrow stretches of road, and our driver handled all of it smoothly. He was also able to accommodate our drop-off change request, which was super helpful! Overall would highly recommend this service for your next trip!

They switched my driver to someone nearby so I did not have to wait long. I did not expect them to do this but was grateful. My driver was very kind.
